Braxton Congrove is a multidisciplinary artist based in Brooklyn, NY. She creates playful yet nostalgic accessories for the home and body, working at the intersection of sculpture and design. Her work has been shown at PEEP Projects (Philadelphia, PA), Proto Gomez (New York, NY), Random Access Gallery (Syracuse University), Museum of Contemporary Art Arlington, (Arlington,VA), ADA Gallery (Richmond, VA), Oregon Contemporary (Portland, OR), Governor’s Island (New York, NY), and with Superhouse x The Attico during Milan Design week. Residencies include Ox-Bow, Bread and Puppet Theater, Stelo Arts, and Vermont Studio Center. She is currently a visiting artist at Urban Glass.
